It’s important to note that our step-by-step process can be split into two main categories – existing customers and new customers. For new distributors looking to start their journey with Uniwipe, the process can be broken down into five simple steps:
Step 1: Initial request
The first step for distributors looking to embark on a journey with Uniwipe is to reach out to a member of our friendly team who will be ready to respond to your request – no matter how big or small!

Step 2: Setting up a discovery call
After your initial enquiry has been received, a member of our team will then spend time looking over your request and allocating it to a dedicated account manager who will then get in touch with you to discuss the request further.
As part of this process, the account manager will ask to set up a discovery call, these sessions typically last around 30 minutes and can be done over the phone, via video call or in person at one of our UK-based offices or at your location. The purpose of the call is to help our team understand your exact requirements and challenges, eventually presenting you with a solution that best accommodates your needs.
Step 3: Completing a purchase order
The next step is to select the product and the number of units required. Once this has been agreed, our team will then request that you fill out a purchase order form confirming all the details. Our in-house manufacturing and storage capabilities mean we are able to accommodate both bespoke and large bulk orders, depending on your requirements.
Step 4: Delivery
Once this has been completed, a booking slot will be requested for the next day allowing our team to begin preparing your order for dispatch. All of our products are held in stock ready to be dispatched on the same or the next day, generating a lead time to the UK mainland of approximately 3-5 working days.
However, delivery will take place depending on your request, for example, we offer our customers the flexibility to order products the next day, in intervals or scheduled for a future date. Our goal is to ensure that the process of ordering and receiving products from Uniwipe is as seamless and streamlined as possible.
Step 5: Ongoing support
